Key Responsibilities

Assist in oversight of the engineering and continuous operations of a one-million-square-foot development
Supervises the engineering team to safely operate the property
Facilitates building inspections with local authorities
Ensures OSHA compliance and safety policies
Maintains and optimizes property systems
