This role supports the Chief Engineer by managing the daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of building systems in a commercial office property. It also ensures regulatory compliance, strong system reliability, and a safe, comfortable workplace environment while leading engineering staff and acting as Chief Engineer when needed.
