Support the Department Manager as an Assistant Beauty Manager by driving sales through directive selling and coaching. Build personal trade with customers while ensuring merchandising, presentation, and inventory management standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Use directive selling to meet or exceed sales goals
- Build personal trade by developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Assist Department Manager with business plan to achieve department volume and productivity goals
- Coach salespeople to meet or exceed Sell More, Make More goals and deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure merchandising and presentation standards and accurate inventory management
