Assist the Manager of Casino Operations by ensuring casino operations run professionally and are financially productive. Lead by example with strong guest service, communication, integrity, and consistent policy/regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assure professional and financially productive casino operations
- Lead and role model proper standards and integrity
- Manage execution through strong project management
- Achieve and track CSA, turnover, and team survey results (EOS / SFS)
- Adhere to regulatory, company, and department policies and procedures
