About this role
The Assistant Pre-Construction Manager supports pre-construction activities through construction kick-off on RES third-party construction opportunities. The role functions as an assistant project manager during the pursuit phase, coordinating inputs to develop proposals and execution strategies and enabling a smooth transition to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pre-construction activities from opportunity to construction kick-off
- Assist with development and review of proposal price and schedule deliverables
- Coordinate bidding documents accuracy with estimating, engineering, construction, and customer/owner
- Review contract exhibits and proposal/engineering/estimate packages for consistency and compliance
- Support project turnover to construction via hand-off meetings and Project Kick-off process using Procore
Technical Overview
This role focuses on proposal support and pre-construction planning activities: proposal price/schedule support, construction schedule and cash flow/cancellation deliverables, design scope monitoring, risk and proposal review support, and contract exhibit/package consistency checks. It also includes supporting turnover to construction via Project Kick-off process and Procore.

They collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, estimating, procurement, contracts, and risk to build compliant proposals and support smooth turnover to construction using hand-off meetings and Procore-driven workflows.
