About this role
This role supports and assists the Store Manager by managing and supervising assigned store areas and learning all phases of store operations. In the Store Manager’s absence, the Assistant Manager leads the entire store operation to ensure company standards and best practices are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads store execution of Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity
- Assists in analyzing store reports for controllable expenses and overall store performance
- Ensures proper scheduling, associate cleaning task completion, and compliance with State, Local and Federal regulations
- Manages payroll administration including daily punch edits, Sunday payroll transmission, and payroll reporting
- Assists with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing non-exempt Associates; supports associate relations communication
