About this role
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager by supervising store areas, ensuring customer, associate, and merchandising policies are followed, and learning all phases of store operations. When the Store Manager is absent, the Assistant Manager leads the full store operation to ensure company standards and best practices are met.
