About this role
Assistant Store Manager will manage and supervise store areas assigned by the Store Manager and learn all phases of store operations. In the absence of the Store Manager, they lead the entire store operation to ensure company standards and best practices are consistently met.

- Lead company best practices and maximize productivity
- Assist in analysis of store reports for controllable expenses and store performance
- Ensure associate scheduling to meet business objectives
- Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations and oversee cleaning tasks
- Manage payroll administration and monitor expenditures within budget

Non-technical retail operations role. Focuses on store reporting analysis, scheduling, payroll administration (daily punch edits, Sunday payroll transmission, payroll reporting), compliance, associate development, and expense control within budget.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a retail assistant store leader who can run store operations in partnership with the Store Manager, ensuring company best practices, compliance, and consistent performance. They have experience with associate scheduling, payroll administration (including daily punch edits and Sunday payroll transmission), and training non-exempt associates while maintaining expense control against budget.
