About this role
The assistant store manager leads overall store performance by supervising front-end operations, shrink control, and customer service training. The role partners with the Store Manager to execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), manage monthly Profit and Loss (P&L), and ensure compliance with loss prevention, personnel policies, and store SOPs.
