About this role

This role partners with the AI Innovation Studio to deliver discovery and early-stage AI innovation engagements. You will facilitate workshops, run stakeholder interviews and user research, and convert business ambiguity into AI-ready opportunity statements and PoC planning inputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the AI Innovation Studio Discovery Methodology
  • Facilitate discovery workshops using Design Thinking, journey mapping, process mapping, and structured ideation
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research
  • Translate insights into AI-ready problem statements, use cases, and desired outcomes
  • Shape opportunities and support PoC planning with AI, automation, data platforms, and cloud technologies

Technical Overview

You will collaborate with architects, data scientists, and engineers to validate assumptions and identify technical or data constraints.

The ideal candidate is an Associate Director-level AI innovation consultant who leads discovery engagements using the AI Innovation Studio Discovery Methodology. They are strong in workshop facilitation (Design Thinking, journey mapping, process mapping), stakeholder interviews, and translating business ambiguity into AI-ready opportunity statements, use cases, and PoC planning.
