Assoc Engineer - T&S Civil Engineering

Assist experienced engineers with engineering studies and deliverables used for planning, design, licensing, construction, and maintenance of Exelon utility infrastructure. Collect and compile project financial data and support analyses that improve planning and maintenance processes.

• Assist experienced engineers on well-defined engineering assignments and specialized areas of engineering
• Collect data, perform complex analysis, interpret results, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to management
• Support engineering and operating groups for design, installation, and maintenance analysis
• Develop recommendations to improve planning, design, installation, and maintenance processes
• Collect and compile financial data for budget and actual costs of projects

The role supports engineering work such as integrated systems analysis, performance assessments, cost estimates, and budgets for electric generation, transmission, distribution, gas, and telecommunication facilities. Work includes analyzing power flows, interpreting results, and preparing clear recommendations based on complex analysis.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level engineering professional who can assist experienced engineers with well-defined assignments involving studies, designs, and performance evaluations. They are comfortable with complex analysis, interpreting results, and clearly presenting recommendations while supporting planning, licensing, construction, and ongoing operations/maintenance for energy infrastructure.
