Associate Account Executive on Digital Acquisition, AWS; responsibilities include responding to inbound inquiries, discovering technical requirements, and qualifying opportunities while coordinating with Solutions Architects and Field Sales across US & Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via Contact Us forms and Live Chat; Lead discovery conversations; Qualify opportunities with rigor; Partner with Solution Architects and Field Sales; Maintain pipeline activity; Deepen AWS product knowledge
Technical Overview
Requires understanding of cloud workloads, arch/ sizing, and cloud economics; capable of engaging from technical admins to C-suite; proficient in Salesforce and Office tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level IT sales professional or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree, capable of navigating accounts from entry to senior executive levels, and proficient in Salesforce and cloud concepts to identify new opportunities.
