Provides second-level IT end-user support for Raymond James employees, resolving hardware and software issues, supporting mobile devices, and contributing to knowledge base improvements in a hybrid office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Respond to escalated tickets
- Translate tech-speak for non-technical users
- Keep detailed records in the ticketing system
- Participate in on-call rotations
