Associate Analyst supporting Ally's Legal Service Providers and fourth-party vendors, focusing on onboarding, performance monitoring, compliance, and the Business Continuity Program. This hybrid role involves stakeholder coordination and executive-level communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Legal Service Providers and fourth-party attorney firms; Coordinate with in-house counsel and clients; Lead annual reviews and updates of the NAO Business Continuity Program; Manage supplier performance; Review and manage customer complaints and escalations
Technical Overview
Role involves data presentation and analysis using Excel and PowerPoint, with focus on vendor performance, compliance, risk management, and BCP governance. Interaction with internal/external leaders including the C-suite.
