Molson Coors is hiring an Associate Analytics Manager to deliver insights that drive commercial and operational growth and efficiency. The role focuses on data integrity, forecasting, analytical model development, and communicating actionable results to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity, storage, access, and reporting across data sources
- Develop industry estimates and forecasts from incomplete data sources
- Build and maintain analytical models for decision-making support
- Lead custom analyses with quality checks to ensure validity
- Translate model outputs into insights and action-oriented presentations and run stakeholder training
Technical Overview
You will manage data sources by supporting data integrity, storage, access, and reporting, then build analytical models and custom analyses with rigorous quality checks. The work requires strong skills in SQL and/or programming with R or Python, plus visualization and reporting in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an analytics professional with end-to-end experience in database management, data engineering, querying, and visualization (Microsoft Excel, Tableau/Power BI). They can build analytical models, run quality checks, create forecasts and industry estimates from incomplete data sources, and translate results into action-oriented presentations while collaborating closely with sales, brand, channel, and operations stakeholders.
