About this role
This role evaluates and settles high volume, low complexity auto claims under direct supervision while delivering exceptional member service. The associate auto adjuster performs damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions, and supports catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions with clear documentation
- Collaborate with external and internal partners to facilitate claims resolution
- Provide support to members and claimants using multiple communication channels and digital tools
- Support workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed
Technical Overview
The position is primarily claims operations with an insurance focus: applying foundational knowledge of auto coverages and Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance policies, and using digital tools plus business applications to manage claims resolution. It also requires readiness for CAT deployment and compliance with risk and compliance policies.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level auto adjuster who can deliver exceptional member/customer service while evaluating and settling high volume, low complexity auto claims under direct supervision. They are ready to acquire the required insurance adjuster license and state registrations within 90 days of hire and can handle multitasking across multiple business applications, including participation in CAT (catastrophe) response when needed.
