About this role
Assists Hormel Foods in building and maintaining Supply Chain dashboards and reports using OTBI and BI Publisher to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. Works closely with Oracle Cloud SCM team to document requirements and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Design, develop, test, and migrate BI dashboards/reports
- Maintain and enhance existing reports
- Lead offshore development if needed
- Ensure acceptance testing and business sign-off
Technical Overview
Focuses on Oracle BI stack (OTBI, BI Publisher, OBIEE) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to develop dashboards and reports for Supply Chain. Requires SQL proficiency and understanding of Order to Cash processes.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level BI/Data Analytics professional with 3+ years of SQL and BI tool experience, strong supply chain domain knowledge, and proven requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
