About this role
Associate Clinical Account Specialist supports Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology; provides training on CARTO and catheter equipment across Minneapolis, Duluth, and Rochester, MN as part of a 6-9 month fellowship.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend all portions of the ACAS fellowship training program
- Engage with internal and external partners to formulate solutions
- Understand the dynamics of an EP lab
- Prioritize and respond to requests in a high-stress environment
- Drive collaboration across local team and trainers
Technical Overview
Roles include clinical product training in EP, hands-on support in EP labs, and travel to customer sites; requires strong computer skills and willingness to travel.
Ideal Candidate
Entry-level to early-career ACAS with EP mapping experience or related hospital/engineering background; strong communication and willingness to travel up to 40% to train physicians and EP lab staff on CARTO and catheter equipment.
Must-Have Skills
A minimum of Bachelor's degree is required by the hire dateOR minimum of 2 years of related professional experience (engineeringor procedural hospital setting) is required with an Associate's degreeOR a minimum of 1 year of EP mapping experience with an Associate's degree is requiredOR Graduate from an accredited academic program OR Industry prep school with a focus on EP with Bachelor's degree is requiredOR exiting a branch of the US military with an Associate's degree is requiredA valid driver's license issued in the United StatesThe ability to travel related to this role is required. Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% overnight locallyregionallyand nationally.
