About this role
This role is a 6-9 month ACAS training program in the San Jose/San Francisco territory, preparing the candidate to provide expert clinical product and technical assistance for EP lab procedures using CARTO system and related catheter equipment. After graduation, the role advances to a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Attend all ACAS fellowship training; Provide expert clinical product training to physicians and EP lab staff on CARTO System and RF generator; Engage with internal/external partners; Maintain open communication across teams; Travel up to 40% locally, regionally, and nationally
Technical Overview
Focus on electrophysiology technology, CARTO System software, EP mapping, catheter equipment, and RF generators; includes clinical training delivery and cross-team collaboration.
