Associate DevOps Developer will apply modern DevSecOps / GitOps practices to streamline integration and test activities within a defense-focused environment. The role involves standing up secure test environments, automating processes, and maintaining system requirements and traceability.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain secure test environments on cloud/native resources
Drive CI/CD and monitoring improvements
Own automation and troubleshooting across development/test environments
Maintain system requirements and traceability
Interface with cross-functional teams and external customers

Technical Overview

The role spans Linux-based DevOps with Ansible and Terraform, JIRA/Confluence, and cloud/native tooling including AWS, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, and security-focused tooling (mTLS, cert-manager, Harbor). It requires experience with containerized deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code in a TS/SCI context.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a junior-to-mid level DevOps professional with 2+ years of Linux/Ansible/Terraform experience, an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and hands-on experience with JIRA/Confluence to support secure government programs in aerospace.
