The ideal candidate is an experienced RN with 5+ years in risk adjustment coding, certified (CPC/AHIMA/AAPC), and 3+ years in clinic settings, who can lead a team of regional coding educators, design a coding curriculum, and partner with CDI leadership in a matrixed healthcare environment.
