Associate Director, Discovery- Oncology will lead the characterization and development of oncology therapeutics, driving in vivo pharmacology studies, target validation, and biomarker evaluations within Oncology In Vivo, while managing a team and ensuring regulatory and animal welfare compliance.

Scope includes in vivo pharmacology across oncology programs, with experience in diverse rodent models, study design, data interpretation, and presentation of scientific data; leadership across discovery teams and cross-functional partners; preference for patent/IND/CTA filings experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced oncology discovery scientist with 5-8+ post-graduate experience (PhD preferred) who excels in in vivo pharmacology, rodent models, and leading multidisciplinary teams; capable of driving target validation and biomarker evaluation while ensuring animal welfare and regulatory compliance.
