Technical Overview
Role is highly cross-functional, working with product and technical teams to ensure feasible collaboration processes; leverages open innovation methods and community-building strategies rather than software development.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level associate director with a PhD who can strategically grow Lilly’s TuneLab ecosystem by cultivating biotech partnerships, onboarding contributors, and activating the platform to accelerate AI-powered drug discovery.
Must-Have Skills
