Key Responsibilities

Will work with ME.AI Director, Engagement Manager and vendors to design and deploy medical engagement solutions
Identify opportunities to improve competitiveness and operational efficiencies
Develop measurement framework to evaluate execution and impact
Collaborate across medical affairs, data science, IT to shape omnichannel strategies

The ideal candidate is an associate director with 8+ years in healthcare analytics or data science, ideally with clinical or pharma experience. They bring strong leadership, experience with healthcare claims and EHR data, hands-on AI/ML capabilities, and the ability to implement compliant, patient-centric analytics across omnichannel medical engagement.
