About this role
This Associate Director role owns the suite of Field Tools for Psych & Migraine, covering planning, resourcing, strategy, implementation, socialization, and training. The leader manages cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, deliver updates and launches, and drive adoption with strong communications and enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, resource, and implement the Field Tools suite for Psych & Migraine
- Influence without authority across Sales Leadership, Marketing, Commercial Operations, IT, Training, OEC, Legal, and Med/Reg
- Develop project plans and manage risks/efficiencies to improve field force effectiveness
- Drive communications and training to enable adoption of updates, enhancements, and launches
- Manage customer relationships and ensure field tools align with brand strategy and tool objectives
Technical Overview
This is a business/operations leadership role centered on tool lifecycle management and program execution rather than specific software administration. You will coordinate tool deployments and data methodology inputs across IT and business teams while ensuring governance and requirements are approved and implemented effectively.
