Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, resource, and implement the Field Tools suite for Psych & Migraine
  • Influence without authority across Sales Leadership, Marketing, Commercial Operations, IT, Training, OEC, Legal, and Med/Reg
  • Develop project plans and manage risks/efficiencies to improve field force effectiveness
  • Drive communications and training to enable adoption of updates, enhancements, and launches
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure field tools align with brand strategy and tool objectives
