About this role
Associate Director role for the Foreseer AI platform, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining solution functionality within a distributed, cloud-native, auto scalable framework. The role drives architecture and implementation of new features while collaborating with business and PM stakeholders on roadmap planning.

- Maintain documentation and ensure standards/governance best practices
Technical Overview
Strong backend focus with Java/J2EE and Spring stack (Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Security, MVC) building microservices in serverless/container environments. Integrates messaging and streaming (Active MQ/JMS) and deploys on AWS (S3, EKS, EC2) using CI/CD pipelines, Git/GIT, and Azure DevOps, with emphasis on performance tuning and refactoring.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced Java leader with 10+ years hands-on Java and J2EE development using Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Security, and MVC. They have built microservices-based distributed systems in serverless/container platforms, worked with Active MQ/JMS and streaming platforms, and deployed on AWS using CI/CD pipelines with strong performance tuning and refactoring skills.
