Lead HCP promotions strategy for psychiatry; develop messaging, manage omnichannel campaigns, and oversee HCP promotional budget in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development, analysis, refinement, and deployment of the HCP promotional strategy
- Development of HCP messaging by targeted customer segments leveraging market insights and clinical data
- Manage a significant HCP promotional budget
- Work with sales teams to implement HCP messages at POA meetings and throughout the year
- Collaborate with HCP brand team and Integrated Brand Team across indications
Technical Overview
Emphasis on product management, analytics, KPI tracking, and cross-functional execution with regulatory/compliance considerations. Tools include MS PowerPoint and MS Excel; budget and vendor coordination are central.
