About this role
Associate Director, Psychiatry Marketing Strategy & Communications Lead drives framing and communication of the psychiatry marketing strategy, partners with HCP Marketing Directors, and leads cross-functional programs across neuroscience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HCP Marketing Directors to frame strategy across IBT and leadership
- Marketing liaison on Salesforce initiatives–communications, meetings, field feedback calls, and training
- Build relationships with HCP Marketing, Sales, Sales Training, Regulatory/Legal
- Lead without authority across neuroscience therapeutic area
- Support program implementation with prescription data analytics in partnership with MABI and FFE
Technical Overview
Scope includes analytics-driven marketing strategy, philanthropy of HCP promotions, omnichannel considerations, and regulatory compliance. Tools referenced include MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Salesforce; collaboration with MABI and FFE in analytics and field effectiveness.
