Leads customer success efforts for IQVIA solutions, ensuring client adoption, optimization, and ongoing support across pharma, biotech, and CRO clients to maximize retention and renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution adoption and optimization; Act as primary contact from sales handoff through implementation; Develop and execute mutual success plans; Monitor customer health metrics and mitigate risks; Manage expectations and escalations
Technical Overview
Experience with EDC/IRT/eCOA clinical trial software, SaaS management, and data visualization tools; strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
Ideal Candidate
An experienced customer success leader in life sciences with 7-10 years in the field and 3-5 years in customer-facing leadership who can drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth for IQVIA solutions.
