This Associate Director, Project Engineering role provides centralized leadership for planning and development of large, global projects. The leader manages project scope, strategy, evaluation, audits, vendor alliances, and EH&S compliance to ensure delivery of quality results aligned to customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for planning and development of large and global projects
- Define project scope and strategy aligned to customer business objectives
- Use PM tools and techniques to stay within budget and achieve organizational objectives
- Manage project evaluation phases, monitor performance/value indicators, and coordinate audits
- Assess vendor alliance needs, support contract negotiation, and ensure EH&S compliance during design and change

The technical scope centers on end-to-end project engineering oversight: early risk assessments, fallback strategies, budget adherence using PM tools and techniques, coordination of project audits, and development of procedures and standards.
