About this role
Lead statistical programming support for multiple clinical projects across therapeutic areas. Oversee standards, CRF and database definitions, derivation programming, and submission data set/program specifications while managing and developing a team of statistical programmers.

- Oversee global standards for output design and programming conventions
- Provide strategic guidance on CRFs and database design
- Interpret statistical analysis plans and oversee derived data sets and submission programs standards
- Train, mentor, and performance-manage statistical programmers
Technical Overview
Responsible for SAS Programming in a pharmaceutical clinical development environment, including global standards for output design, programming conventions, CRF/database design, derivations, and submission deliverables. Leads interpretation of statistical analysis plans and ensures derived data set and submission program specifications are delivered with quality and regulatory alignment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an Associate Director-level statistical programming leader with 10+ years (MS) or 12+ years (BS) of pharmaceutical SAS programming experience. They have proven expertise in global standards for output design, CRF and database definitions, derivation programming, and submission data set/program development, plus experience training and performance-managing 4-10 statistical programmers.
