This role is responsible for designing and delivering HR solutions for Workforce Analytics and managing HR system release operations for Workday. You will coordinate release schedules, regression testing, and governance processes while ensuring required Data Privacy and AI Assessment approvals are completed.

  • Develop and support Workforce Analytics CoE technology roadmap
  • Author functional requirements, process design documents, and use cases for prototyping and implementation
  • Manage Workday tenant management and upgrade/functionality release operations
  • Oversee system change management, system governance, and regression testing across functions
  • Create/update Data Privacy forms and AI Assessment forms and obtain Local and Global approvals

You will manage Workday tenant management and upgrade/functionality releases, including regression testing approaches and system change governance. In parallel, you will author functional requirements and process design documents to support Workforce Analytics CoE roadmap delivery and compliant solution implementation.

The ideal candidate is an HR technology leader experienced with Workday operations and release management, particularly tenant management and upgrade/functionality releases. They can author functional requirements and process designs, run user testing and regression testing, and manage compliant Data Privacy and AI Assessment workflows with governance stakeholders.
