About this role
This role is for an Associate General Counsel responsible for legal services focused on regulatory litigation and administrative law for Commonwealth Edison (ComEd) in Illinois. The attorney leads a group of attorneys and paralegals, manages outside counsel and matters, and supports continuous improvement of legal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Advises clients on all aspects of regulatory litigation
- Represents ComEd and Exelon with outside counsel, government agencies, and experts
- Leads and manages attorneys and paralegals including evaluation and career development
- Prepares budgets and early matter assessments for outside counsel matters
- Improves delivery of legal services for Illinois regulatory litigation
