Responsibilities include Polarion (ALM) installation/configuration, testing/validation, maintenance/upgrades, and ServiceNow-based incident handling for user support. The candidate should also understand programming languages (Python/Java/Perl/C++/XML), CI/CD tooling (GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, JIRA), code repositories (GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket), cloud concepts (MSFT Azure), Microsoft Power Platform, MBSE V-model concepts, and Kubernetes/Linux/Unix with Agile/SDLC methodology.

The ideal candidate has an entry-level background in IT systems administration for engineering/design applications, including Polarion (ALM) and 2nd level incident support using ServiceNow. They are comfortable with application uptime/performance, security practices (patching, access control, change control), and basic software/tooling exposure like CI/CD and cloud services (Microsoft Azure preferred).
