About this role
Hands-on Associate Manager role delivering partner analytics, reporting, and insights while managing a small analyst team. Builds and enhances dashboards and executive reporting, writes SQL for accuracy, and partners with stakeholders to improve decision-making and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced data analysis for enterprise partnerships and operational performance
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting
- Write and review SQL queries and analytical models
- Manage and mentor a small team of analysts with quality coaching
- Identify metric/reporting gaps and improve recurring reporting via simplification and automation
Technical Overview
Primary technical work includes advanced SQL querying and analytical modeling, creating dashboards/scorecards and executive-level reporting using BI tools including Power BI. Also involves analysis for forecasting/performance/trends and working with data engineering to improve data availability, reliability, and scalability.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level analytics professional with strong SQL and advanced Excel experience, able to build dashboards and deliver executive-level reporting. They have hands-on experience producing ad hoc analyses and deep dives, and they can coach and manage a small team of analysts while partnering with stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
