Associate Manager Reeses & Premium leads the Reese's brand strategy in Canada, driving fully integrated campaigns, in-market activations, and budget stewardship. The role partners with Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance and packaging to deliver growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of the annual Reese's brand plan
- Develop IMC campaigns with agency partners
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams for in-market activation
- Lead commercialization for innovation/renovation projects
- Own the brand budget and ensure efficient spend
