About this role
Starbucks is hiring an Associate Manager (manager-in-training) for the Starbucks Reserve & Roastery Chicago. The role supports the operations manager(s), manages operational zones, ensures customer satisfaction and product quality, and coaches store partners to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to partners for all aspects of each shift
- Manage business operations in assigned operational zones with direction from operations manager(s)
- Ensure customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and product quality
- Delegate responsibilities and practices to store partners to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Coach partners using discretion in assessing performance and providing feedback
