About this role
Coaches and supports customers to be more successful on Expedia Group’s platform by driving comprehensive commercial conversations. Develops customer relationships, helps create opportunities via exploratory meetings, contributes to account plans, and learns the contract negotiation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with customers and their account teams, including key buyers/decision makers
- Assist in creating opportunities via progress meetings and fact-finding/exploratory meetings
- Recommend products and insights aligned to customer needs
- Complete basic account plans for acquiring and/or maintaining business
- Learn standard contract terms and the contract negotiation process
Technical Overview
This is primarily a commercial and customer success role focused on sales techniques, account planning, and contract learning. It is not a technical support or IT engineering position.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level market/account commercial professional with strong English plus a local market language, who is building sales technique knowledge and comfortable partnering with customer account teams. They can support opportunity creation through exploratory meetings and help prepare basic account plans and insights, including learning the standard contract terms and negotiation process.
