About this role
This role is an Associate Manager in Molson Coors' Procurement Center of Excellence responsible for enabling suppliers to transact on the SAP Business Network. The position focuses on supplier onboarding, PO Flip setup guidance, and ongoing supplier catalog setup and management while coordinating with internal teams to improve the supplier experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end to end onboarding of suppliers onto the SAP Business Network
- Guide suppliers through PO Flip setup, technical integration, and catalog activation requirements
- Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of supplier catalogs on the SAP Business Network
- Manage and execute enablement waves, tracking supplier progress and removing barriers to adoption
- Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and P2P process owners to support seamless onboarding and catalog workflows

The technical scope centers on SAP Business Network supplier capabilities, including PO Flip setup, technical integration, integrated connections, and supplier catalog activation. The role requires managing enablement waves, tracking supplier progress, and handling escalations with SAP or internal technical teams to ensure high-quality catalog workflows and content.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level procurement professional with 2+ years of Procurement experience and experience enabling suppliers on SAP Business Network (including PO Flip). They are proactive, relationship-focused, and able to manage onboarding waves, track supplier progress, and coordinate cross-functionally with Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and P2P process owners while serving as a subject matter expert for supplier catalog requirements.
