Associate Network Control Specialist handles first-line support for a large private communications network in a 24x7 NOCC environment, with on-site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for large private communications network
- Log calls and initiate workflow
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network problems
- Interpret equipment alarms and move toward service restoration
- Coordinate with internal/external groups
Technical Overview
Provides monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting of private network infrastructure including T1/T3, Ethernet, IP, and RF; operates in a NOCC environment with rotating shifts.
Ideal Candidate
An entry-level associate network control specialist with foundational knowledge in Layer 1 and private networks, pursuing a degree in telecommunications or related field, with willingness for on-site NOCC work in a 24x7 environment.
