L3Harris is hiring an Associate Network Control Specialist to support a large private communications network from an operations center. The role includes first-line customer and field support, incident logging, trouble ticket creation, and ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting for service restoration.

The ideal candidate is an early-career networking professional pursuing (or recently completing) a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Networking, or Information Technology. They can provide first-line support from an operations center, monitor and troubleshoot network issues, interpret equipment alarms, and create trouble tickets in a rotating shift NOCC environment.
