Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for large private communications network
Log calls and initiate workflow
Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network problems
Interpret equipment alarms and move toward service restoration
Coordinate with internal/external groups

Technical Overview

Provides monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting of private network infrastructure including T1/T3, Ethernet, IP, and RF; operates in a NOCC environment with rotating shifts.

Ideal Candidate

An entry-level associate network control specialist with foundational knowledge in Layer 1 and private networks, pursuing a degree in telecommunications or related field, with willingness for on-site NOCC work in a 24x7 environment.

Must-Have Skills

To be eligibleapplicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in TelecommunicationsEngineeringNetworkingor Information Technology or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 monthsregardless of age.
