About this role
This hybrid role is responsible for process transformation deliverables for Supply Planning, Inventory Movement, and Material Requirements planning for the Endoscopy Division. The Associate Process Manager leads workstreams, manages process health evaluations, and partners with GQO, Business Unit stakeholders, and Global Process Governance (GPG) to drive end-to-end process alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process transformation deliverables for supply planning and inventory movement, Manage process health evaluations and identify process gaps and risks, Lead cross-functional workstreams and mentor others, Maintain deep expertise in SAP within the global planning process, Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to business leadership and functional teams
Technical Overview
The technical environment is centered on SAP-driven global planning processes and ERP system flows. The role requires expertise in supply planning process logic, using process management and continuous improvement methods to identify gaps, recommend solutions, and evaluate process health across workstreams.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an associate-level process transformation professional with 6+ years in supply chain and/or process-focused roles and hands-on SAP experience (1+ years). They are strong in end-to-end supply planning processes, can lead workstreams across cross-functional teams, and bring continuous improvement and process health evaluation skills to inventory movement and material requirements planning.
