Position Details
About this role
Associate Project Manager (field-based) will manage customer engagements from Sales through final delivery and transition to Services, lead delivery teams, and manage communications and documentation. Travel up to 50% in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, facilitate, and lead the transition from Sales to Services
- Lead the delivery teams to meet scope, schedule and value
- Plan, schedule, and track project milestones, critical paths, deliverables, and revenue forecasting
- Facilitate project communications, lead status meetings, document minutes, manage action items
- Conduct project close-out and transition back to Sales and Support; share post-delivery lessons

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an entry-level to mid-level associate project manager with 2+ years of field-based project management experience, preferably in healthcare, and PMP preferred. They should excel at coordinating cross-functional teams across sales and services with strong communication and forecasting skills.
