Associate Scientist I in Analytical Development/Analytical Operations supporting routine testing and analytical method development/optimization for characterization of LNPs/tLNPs. Also performs aseptic mammalian cell culture and supports laboratory operations with strong documentation and compliance to SOPs.

  • Perform routine analysis supporting LNPs/tLNPs characterization
  • Develop/optimize analytical methods under supervisor guidance
  • Use aseptic techniques for mammalian cell culture (tumor cell lines, T cells, PBMCs)
  • Maintain ELN documentation and detailed records
  • Follow safety procedures and SOPs while supporting lab operations

Work includes quantitative analytical testing and method optimization for lipid nanoparticles (LNPs/tLNPs) using assays such as ELISA, gel electrophoresis, and PCR-based assays (plate-based assays). The role also uses aseptic cell culture workflows (tumor cell lines, T cells, PBMCs) and maintains an electronic lab notebook (ELN) with SOP-aligned documentation.

The ideal candidate is an entry-level Associate Scientist I with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field and 0-3 years of industry experience. They can run routine analytical testing and contribute to method development/optimization for characterization of LNPs/tLNPs, including proficiency with ELISA, gel electrophoresis, and PCR-based assays. They also have strong aseptic cell culture experience (tumor cell lines, T cells, PBMCs) and maintain meticulous documentation in an electronic lab notebook (ELN).

Perform routine analysis and contribute to development/optimization of methods under supervisor guidance to support characterization of LNPs/tLNPs and subcomponents.Use aseptic techniques to culture mammalian cellsincluding tumor cell linesT cellsand PBMCs.Maintain detailed and comprehensive documentation and electronic lab notebook (ELN) entries.Follow safety procedures/guidelinesprotocolsand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
