About this role
HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital is seeking an Associate UC Engineer to provide routine unified communications telephony and voice/video support. The role supports move/add/change requests, trouble tickets, voicemail (Unity Connections), fax services, and UC connectivity including overhead paging and analog telephony cabling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide routine unified communications telephony support for voice and video systems
- Perform move, add, and change requests including dial plan and dial route programming
- Respond to trouble tickets and work order requests for telephony and video support
- Support Voice Mail (Unity Connections) for routine user requests
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain telephony infrastructure for fax machines, overhead paging, and analog telephony cabling
Technical Overview
You will manage telephony programming for dial plans and dial route patterns, deploy and maintain telephony endpoints, and troubleshoot telephony infrastructure to restore voice/video services. The scope includes Unity Connections voicemail support, fax service support, overhead paging integration, and maintenance of analog telephony cabling plant infrastructure within the Unified Communications Infrastructure.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an associate-level unified communications engineer who can perform routine UC telephony support, including move/add/change programming for dial plans and dial route patterns. They can troubleshoot telephony issues using trouble tickets and work orders and support Unity Connections voicemail, fax services, and overhead paging interfaces on analog telephony cabling.
