About this role
This Assistant Store Manager role supports clean, well-organized store operations with a customer-first focus. You will assist with employee supervision, planogram and merchandising execution, paperwork and deposits, and lead store functions during the Store Manager’s absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service leadership and operate cash register/scanner
- Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week
- Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings while ensuring policy compliance
- Manage merchandising operations (receiving through rotating and displays) and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Support financial integrity via cashier accountability, key control, refunds/overrides, tills counting, and deposits
