Coordination of Benefits and Data Mining audit support handling daily administrative activities to assist audits and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicates with Medicare/Insurance/Providers to obtain eligibility details
- Enters member/group/claim data into Cotiviti tools
- Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Follows policies and procedures
- Supports productivity and quality guidelines
Technical Overview
