About this role

This remote role supports Cotiviti’s Clinical Chart Validation training team by planning, developing, and delivering technical training and assessments. The trainer mentors audit staff, promotes audit accuracy, and provides instruction across specialty review audit types and coding principles.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and deliver technical training, mentoring, and assessments
Deliver training sessions via classroom, online, and webinar methods
Train on Outpatient and Specialty Review Types including SNF, IRF, and HH
Train clinicians on coding principles for coding-certified roles
Develop evaluation/testing procedures and recommend improvements based on effectiveness

You will develop training plans and materials, deliver sessions via classroom/online/webinar, and build evaluation and testing procedures. The role focuses on improving healthcare audit workflows, audit productivity, and consistent application of clinical guidelines across improper payment assessments.
