About this role
Carvana is hiring an Auto Airbrush Technician (2nd Shift) to color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles in high-tech Inspection Centers. The role focuses on producing quality cosmetic finishes and supporting vehicle readiness for customers.

Technical Overview
This is a hands-on automotive refinishing position involving paint preparation (sanding, masking, taping, bagging/tear down, buffing) and painting tasks (priming, final sanding, touch-up, paint mixing, airbrushing). Work occurs in paint booths using water-based paint and includes processes like base/tri-coats and paint correcting/blending adjacent panels.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an Airbrush Technician with at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience, especially strong skills in color-matching, mixing paint, and airbrushing vehicles. They can produce high-quality finishes using paint booth processes and follow detailed prep and painting steps reliably.
