Auto Body Painter - $4,000 Bonus

Carvana is hiring an Auto Body Painter for its paint operations. The role requires 3+ years of professional automotive painting experience, including the ability to match/mix paint color and use water-based paint inside paint booths.

• Match/mix paint color for vehicle paint work
• Use water-based paint to paint vehicles in paint booths
• Apply paint within a paint booth environment
• Maintain consistent painting quality to support vehicle reconditioning
• Work mandatory overtime based on business needs

You will paint vehicles in paint booths using water-based paint and perform accurate paint color matching/mixing. The broader paint environment includes paint preparation and refinishing tasks such as sanding, masking, taping, buffing, and applying touch-ups (as reflected by related paint roles).

The ideal candidate is a mid-level auto painter with 3+ years of professional automotive painting experience who can accurately match and mix paint color and apply water-based paint in paint booths. They are able to consistently prepare and paint vehicles to meet Carvana reconditioning standards and can work overtime as needed.
