Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Auto Painter for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on matching/mixing paint colors and using water-based paint to paint vehicles inside paint booths while maintaining production needs that may require mandatory overtime.

- Use water-based paint to paint vehicles inside paint booths
- Produce consistent painted finishes in paint booth environment
- Perform required painting-related finishing activities (buffing/touch-up)
- Work mandatory overtime as needed
Technical Overview
Hands-on automotive painting work in paint booths using water-based paint, including paint color matching/mixing and related finishing tasks such as buffing and touch-up. Uses state-of-the-art tools in Carvana inspection center environments.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an auto painter with at least 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, able to match and mix paint colors accurately. They can use water-based paint effectively to paint vehicles inside paint booths and are comfortable working mandatory overtime based on business needs.
